Technical IT Recruiters

The candidates will be responsible for Recruiting IT Professionals managing the full lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening, interviews and closing for our Fortune 500 clients multiple projects and assignments in the IT services industry. Therefore you must have a thorough knowledge of the IT market and ideally be involved in it.
Job Requirements
 IT / Psychology / Business Administration Student or Bachelor’s Degree.
 2+ Recruiting background preferably as an IT Recruiter. While we would like a candidate with basic conceptual IT knowledge and experience with IT Search (We would consider a Recruiter with background in other Professional Disciplines).
 IT work experience, and/or IT Educational Background.
Skill Set
 Have a flair for recruitment. Good in sourcing, short listing, interviewing, scheduling, follow-ups, meeting targets.
 A Strong go-getter, client follow-ups, full of confidence.
 Ability to deliver across tough situations.
 Analytical & Intelligent mindset, always looking for options to deliver on commitment.
 Capable of interacting very closely with the US Team.
 Be highly-motivated, creative, enthusiastic and energetic team player with strong work ethic.
 Manage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.
 Possess excellent organizational and communications skills.
 Keep up with pulse of the IT marketplace.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

 Source, identify, screen and manage the full life cycle of recruiting / placing qualified candidates for consulting.
 Create and maintain a strong referral network.
 Use multiple sources including: in-house database, advertisements, candidate networking, external sources, etc.
