We are looking for energetic individuals that are egger to join a new company in Santiago Dominican Republic. Our marketing firm has partner up with Charter Funding a US Mortgage Banker to offer Santiageros the opportunity to learn a career. Our perfect candidate should posses the following:
Skills
• Have 1 year of Telemarketing skill in Outbound calling
• Read and write English
• Have an energetic personality
• Have problem solving skills
• Self starter, self motivator
• Excel under pressure
• Can handle rejection constantly from clients
• Solid studying skills

Job Description
• Work 42 hr per week Monday – Saturday
• Flexible schedule
• Generate Mortgage leads from outbound campaign
• Complete a Uniform Residential Loan Application
• Serve as an assistant to the Loan Officer/ Account Executive
• Must pass our Mortgage Comprehensive Test

Compensation

We are among the highest paying call centers in the North region of the country. We offer a stable commission plan, a solid Bi weekly Hourly/ salary compensation.
Commission is based on production. Salary/hourly is based on experience.
